Welcome to TDS Service ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Description of the Service

TDS Service is a free mobile application designed to provide users with access to listings of local businesses across various categories (e.g., restaurants, decor, doctors, travel agencies, etc.). Users can:

  • Browse listings and view publicly available information.
  • Submit reviews, upload pictures, and contribute to community feedback.
  • Suggest and submit new business listings.

TDS Service does not facilitate transactions, provide transport, food delivery, or any paid services.

2. User Responsibility & Content

Users are responsible for the content they upload, including photos and reviews. You agree:

  • Not to upload false, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Not to impersonate others or submit listings fraudulently.
  • That your submissions may be used by TDS Service to improve the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or any applicable law.

3. Business Listings Accuracy

Our team makes every effort to publish accurate, up-to-date information based on publicly available data and direct research. However, we do not guarantee that all listings are free from error or always current. TDS Service cannot be held liable for:

  • Mistakes, outdated information, or omissions in listings.
  • Decisions made by users based on information found in the app.

4. User-Generated Listings

Users may submit new business listings through the app. These listings will be reviewed before publication to ensure they meet our content standards.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve, edit, or reject any user-submitted content.
  • Permanently delete any content deemed inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Spam, hack, or disrupt the functioning of the service.
  • Upload harmful files or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Violations of these rules may lead to the immediate removal of your account.

6. No Guarantees of Service

TDS Service is provided "as is." While we strive to maintain uptime and availability, we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may modify these Terms or features of the app at any time. Users will be notified through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
